Walk With Ease

A 6-week walking program with education on arthritis, pacing, and safe activity.

SAIL – Stay Active and Independent for Life

Group class 2–3 times per week with strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility work; widely recognized as an evidence-based falls-prevention program.

Falls, balance, and general fitness

Fit & Strong!

Multi-week group program that combines lower-body strengthening, aerobic walking, and behavior-change education for older adults with osteoarthritis.

EnhanceFitness

One-hour group classes three times per week with low-impact cardio, strength, balance, and stretching specifically for older adults.

Tai Chi : Moving for Better Balance and Arthritis

Evidence-based tai chi–style programs shown to reduce falls and improve balance, strength, and confidence.

Bingocize

10 week program that combines Bingo with simple exercises and health education.

Self-management and whole-person aging

Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP)

Small-group workshop that teaches goal-setting, problem solving, and symptom management for people with multiple chronic conditions.

Diabetes Self-Management Program

Similar structure to CDSMP, focused on blood sugar, food choices, medications, and monitoring.

Aging Mastery Program

Multi-session series covering exercise, nutrition, sleep, finances, advance care planning, and social engagement.
